Refund policy
WEARWOLF RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Some items marked Final Sale / Non-returnable cannot be exchanged — these will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
WEARWOLF does not issue refunds. Exchanges are offered only for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Lost shipments
- Size differences
- Exchanges
Exchanges will be processed for items meeting the conditions above.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or lost due to WEARWOLF.
Exchange processing may take up to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
🚚 Return Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for securely packaging items to avoid damage in transit.
WEARWOLF will cover shipping only for exchanges due to damaged, defective, or lost items.
❗ Exceptions
Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or show signs of damage will not be accepted for exchange.
Items purchased through promotional offers (e.g., “Buy 1 Get 1”) may be subject to special exchange terms.
